Jennifer Lopez has recently reflected on growing up as a middle child in her documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told, released on Tuesday.

“I wasn't the oldest and I wasn't the youngest, I was in the middle,” said the 54-year-old in a clip who has two sisters, Leslie and Lynda.Being a middle child, the actress and singer felt ignored by her parents, which is why, she started working hard to get noticed.

JLo also disclosed in her documentary that she had a “narcissistic mother” who was “the life of the party” and an absentee dad who worked all night and slept all day.Earlier, the Maid in Manhattan actress discussed about her mother’s self-absorbed personality in an old documentary, Halftime in 2022.

“My mom is a super complicated woman and she carries a lot of baggage, she wanted us to be independent and never have to rely on a man,” shared JLo.
